Important Notes

1. Interest of 7-Day Auto Rollover Call Deposit are calculated at the end of each 7-day term and both the principal and interest amount will be automatically rolled over to the next term. For funds completing the entire 7-day term, the interest shall be calculated based on the prevailing 7-day call deposit interest rate published by OCBC Bank (China) Ltd. (“the Bank”). For funds which are deposited and withdrawn in less than 7 days, the interest shall be calculated based on the prevailing savings rate on the withdrawal date.
2. The minimum initial deposit amount and minimum deposit amount at anytime is RMB50,000 for personal accounts.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is RMB50,000 for personal accounts.
4. Customers can make partial withdrawal. If the remaining sum after partial withdrawal is more than the minimum initial deposit amount, the Bank will issue a new Call Deposit Certificate for the remaining sum dated with the first deposit date. If the remaining sum is less than the minimum initial deposit amount, the account will be closed by the Bank and the interest for the remaining sum shall be calculated according to the prevailing savings rate published on the date of account closure.   
5. Upon withdrawal, the account holders must present the original Auto Rollover Call Deposit Certificate to the Bank. Otherwise, the Bank may refuse to execute the withdrawal request.
6. Auto Rollover Call Deposit also applies to personal joint account.
7. The “Terms and Conditions Governing the Deposit Accounts” of the Bank applies.
8. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Auto Rollover Call Deposit of the Bank and its subsidiaries.
9. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In case of any discrepancies, the Chinese version shall prevail.
