Problems Logging on

At OCBC Bank, we are committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of your personal information so as to provide you with a safe and secure online environment.

For added security, we have ensured end-to-end encryption for Velocity@ocbc. This means that data will be encrypted from the origin and only decrypted at the destination, without any intermediate decryption. As this uses a Java applet, the browsers used will have to be installed with Java Virtual Machine (JVM) and Java-enabled. Click here to check if your PC has the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) installed.

Internet Banking Pre-requisites

You will have to use the following recommended browsers with the Operating Systems as listed. For details on browser settings, please click on the Operating System that you are currentlly using below:

Supported browsers are Internet Explorer 6.0 and above with a 128 Cipher-Strength.
