Step 1: Check to ensure that my PC has Java VM or Microsoft VM installed

Click here to check if your PC has Java Virtual Machine (JVM) now.

If your PC do not have JVM installed, please go to Sun JVM site to download.

Step 2: Enable the cookies in my browser.

Select Tools.
Select Internet Options. Select the Privacy tab
Click on the Advanced button. The Advanced Privacy Settings screen will be displayed
Ensure that First-party Cookies and Third party Cookies have Accept selected.

Step 3: Enable the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Version 3.0.

Step 4: Enable the Java and JavaScript in my browser.

Select Tools.
Select Internet Options. Click on the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to Java (Sun) or Microsoft VM (whichever you have as your Java Virtual Machine).
If you are using Sun JVM, ensure that Use JRE 1.5.0_<version no.> for <applet> (requires restart) is checked or if you are using Microsoft VM, ensure that JIT compiler for virtual machines enabled (requires restart) is checked.

Note : If you do not see the Microsoft VM or Java VM option, you may download Sun JVM from this site.

Next, select the Security tab. Click on the Custom Level button.
The Security Settings screen will appear. Scroll down to Microsoft VM. Ensure that High safety option is checked as displayed below.
