Banks will never ask for PIN and/or passwords from customers, either through phone, SMS, e-mail, IM or any other means!

A security vulnerability known as Padding Oracle On Downgraded Legacy Encryption ("POODLE") was discovered and this impacts web browsers supporting Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) v3.0 and below. Customers are advised to use only supported browsers (eg. IE7) with only Transport Layer Security (TLS) enabled.

Pursuant to the requirements of Customer Identity Verification by People's Bank of China, our bank needs to verify non-resident's Identity, please take the relevant proof of Identity to our branches or sub-branches in People's Republic of China personally.
