The payer or the bearer of the commercial draft sells the undue draft to OCBC China for an amount of funds before its maturity, we credit the discounting proceeds to the payer or the bearer of the par value with deduction of interests. It provides convenience for enterprises to speed up capital turnover and improve capital utilization efficiency.

OCBC China, as a direct access bank for ECDS system and New Generation Commercial Draft System, apply the ECDS system, New Generation Commercial Draft System and our internal banking system to provide customers with the issuance, acceptance, endorsement, discounting, payment, collection and claim under electronic commercial draft (support split electronic commercial draft), automotic function of customer information file upload and request for collection upon maturity date. Supply Chain Draft is customers sign up for the supply chain platforms approved by Shanghai Commercial Paper Exchange (hereinafter called SHCPE), and then the Anchor buyer issues the e-EAD to negotiate among its upstream suppliers within their industrial chain or ecosystem. OCBC China offers the Supply Chain Draft discounting, payment and collection to facilitate financing to the upstream suppliers of the Anchor buyer and speed up the turnover of working capital.
